This Limited Life Warranty covers all products sold by ITAL E CONCEPTS, products and components for the benefit of the original retail purchaser during the time that the original purchaser owns such product. The warranty terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other third party.

Subject to ITAL E CONCEPTS’ inspection of the product, ITAL E CONCEPTS will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at ITAL E CONCEPTS’s sole discretion, the defective product without any charges to the original purchaser for parts or labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty. ITAL E CONCEPTS may elect, at its sole option, not to repair or replace a defective product, in which case ITAL E CONCEPTS will issue to the original purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new ITAL E CONCEPTS product or component.

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, aesthetics oxidation of surfaces, or natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, commercial use, accidents, improper or unlawful vehicle operation, or any modifications or repairs of a product or component not performed or expressly authorized by ITAL E CONCEPTS. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover problems resulting from conditions beyond ITAL E CONCEPTS’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, theft, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the product in accordance with ITAL E CONCEPTS' written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover any damages to non-ITAL E CONCEPTS products transported using ITAL E CONCEPTS products or used in conjunction with ITAL E CONCEPTS products. 

This warranty only covers the ITAL E CONCEPTS products purchased in the USA and Canada.

Upon contacting ITAL E CONCEPTS directly, a ITAL E CONCEPTS customer service representative will provide the original purchaser with appropriate instructions for returning the product to ITAL E CONCEPTS. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product to ITAL E CONCEPTS. In order to receive any remedy under this warranty (either by a ITAL E CONCEPTS dealer or directly from ITAL E CONCEPTS), proof of purchase such as the original purchase invoice or receipt is required along with pictures and/or videos and a detailed description of the defect, including how and when it arose. 

This Limited Life Warranty applies to all products sold after August 31, 2022.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

UNDER THIS WARRANTY THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENT, OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND OR CREDIT (AS DETERMINED BY ITAL E CONCEPTS) IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. DAMAGE OR INJURY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, TO HIS OR HER VEHICLE, CARGO OR PROPERTY, AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. 

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLICIT, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN.

ITAL E CONCEPTS' SOLE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH HERE ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL ITAL E CONCEPTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST SALES OR LOST PROFITS. 

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
